A COLLECTION of freehold land, pathways and roadways in Taunton is going under the auctioneer’s gavel next month.
The plots near Taunton Station are being marketed as of potential appeal to "local investors or homeowners" subject to obtaining planning permission.
With a freehold guide price of £1,000 plus, it is among the lots in the eighth sale of 2021 by the regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson.
The sites are at Samuels Court, which runs parallel with Rupert Street and the railway line.
Together the sites measure approximately 0.19 hectares (0.5 acres).
Auctioneer Paul Bridgeman said: “This collection of land, pathways and roadways is an interesting lot which may appeal to local investors or homeowners.
“It may also offer potential for alternative uses, subject to the necessary consents.”
