A MOTORISTS who denied two driving offences was landed with a £585 bill and a six-month driving ban when he appeared at Taunton Magistrates' Court yesterday (Monday, January 31).
Sam David Mularczyk, 29, of Goathurst, was found guilty of speeding on the M5 in South Gloucestershire.
His speed was recorded as 75mph in a temporary 60mph zone, for which he was fined £100.
He was also found guilty of failing to give information relating to the driver of a vehicle alleged to have committed an offence.
That earned him a £201 fine, with a £34 victim surcharge and £250 costs.
Imposing six penalty points on his licence and disqualifying him for six months, magistrates pointed to his "repeated offending".
