THREE people have been found guilty at Taunton Magistrates' Courts of failing to give information relating to the identity of a person driving a vehicle believed to have been guilty of committing a motoring offence.
Andrew Christopher O'Neill, 36, of Eastwood Close, Bridgwater, was fined £180 with a £34 victim surcharge and £250 costs, as well as six penalty points on his licence.
Cristine-Floriana Gherman, 33, of Eastover, Bridgwater, was fined £600 with a £66 victim surcharge and £250 costs, as well as six penalty points.
Kimberley Julie Parnell, 31, of Belmont Road, Taunton, was fined £660, with a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. She was handed six points and banned from driving for six months due to "repeat offending".
