POLICE are appealing for assistance from the public to trace a teenage girl who has been missing since the weekend.
Jayden, aged 15, was last seen leaving her home in Somerton on Sunday evening (March 6).
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson said: "We need help finding her.
"We believe she may have caught a train from Yeovil, possibly to London.
"She also has links to Luton and Wolverhampton."
Jayden is described as about 5ft 8in tall, of slim build and has long black hair.
