A FLAT was badly smoke damaged in a kitchen fire in Taunton.
Two fire engines from the county town were sent to the fire, which started accidentally on Monday evening (March 7).
The incident was called in after flames were reported issuing from the top floor home in Tauntfield Close, South Road.
Crews confirmed everyone was accounted for before tackling the fire.
A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said the flat was 10 per cent fire damaged and 50 per cent smoke damaged.
