LINDA Louise Waite, 31, of Leycroft Road, Taunton, was found guilty at Taunton Magistrates' Court in her absence of failing to give information relating to identification of the driver of a vehicle alleged to have committed a motoring offence.
She was given six points on her licence and must pay a £180 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £125 costs in connection with a vehicle being driven at 40mph on a 30mph zone of the A361 in Fore Street, Othery, on October 29, 2020.
MARK John Ireland, 59, of Half Acre, Williton, was found guilty after a trial of the same offence at Bridgwater Policing Centre on July 2 last year.
He received six penalty points and was fined £576 with a £58 victim surcharge and £200 costs.
