A YOUNG man attacked by a gang outside a nightclub sustained a broken nose and minor facial injuries.
Police have issued a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the racially-aggravated assault in Bridgwater.
Officers believe the man in the image may have information that could assist their investigation.
The victim, who is in his 20s, was attacked by a number of men outside The Palace club at about 3am on Saturday, February 19.
He was treated for his injuries at Musgrove Park Hospital, in Taunton.
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson said: "The assault is being treated as a suspected hate crime at this time.
"We hope the public can help us identify the male, pictured, who we want to talk to as part of our enquiries.
"Witnesses or anyone who recognises him should call 101 and give reference number 5222041445."
