A MOTORIST made two big mistakes driving up the M5 in Somerset overnight.
Firstly, they were speeding at 121mph.
And secondly they overtook two unmarked police cars.
The motorist was stopped and has been reported to court.
A Tweet from Avon and Somerset Police's Roads Policing Unit said: "The driver of the car in the distance made the mistake of overtaking 2 unmarked police vehicles travelling North on the #M5.
"Their top speed recorded at 121mph.
"Driver stopped & reported to court.
“Speed is the most prevalent contributory factor in fatal crashes."
