RICKY Ia Horsford, 39, of no fixed address, has been jailed for 22 weeks for breaching a suspended prison sentence imposed for two counts of burglary.
He appeared at Taunton Magistrates' Court this week, when he pleaded guilty to two counts of shoplifting.
Horsford stole Pokemon cards and Fire TV sticks from Asda in Bridgwater valued at an overall £151 on September 22 last year.
He also stole four pairs of Sketchers from Shoezone in Bridgwater six days previously.
Horsford was also convicted ofdamaging a door at the YMCA in Highbridge on January 30 this year and of assault occasioning actual bodily harm at the same venue on the same day.
He was handed a community order for the latest offences and ordered to abstain from alcohol for 120 days.
