POLICE stopped more than 100 vehicles and conducted 25 breath tests following a sporting event on Exmoor yesterday (Saturday, May 7).
One driver was arrested on suspicion of drink driving during the drink drive operation carried out by Special Constables from West Somerset Police.
Avon and Somerset Police's Special Constables took to social media to report: "Last night #SpecialConstables from @ASPWestSom were undertaking a drink driving operation on #Exmoor following a rural sporting event.
"Over 100 vehicles stopped, 25 breath tests completed & 1 x driver arrested excess alcohol."
