A DRIVER stopped on the M5 in Somerset has appeared in court charged with intent to supply a class B drug.
Emilijan Duka appeared at Taunton Magistrates' Court last Thursday (May 5) on the drugs charge and a charge of driving otherwise than in accordance of a licence.
