ACOUSTIC musician Andy Doran is set to bring his reportoire of classic and modern cover tracks to a pub near Taunton next month to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
The Somerset singer and guitarist will perform at the White Horse Inn, Bradford-on-Tone, on Friday, June 3 as part of its celebrations of the Queen's 70 years on the throne.
His performance at the family-run free house will start at 4pm.
Andy has more than 35 years of experience as a professional musician and has played in groups including the popular function band Eye II Eye and Abraxas, a Santana tribute band.
He sings and plays the acoustic guitar at pubs, clubs, functions, restaurants, and hotel lounges across the south west - and once performed for Prince Charles.
Andy said: “I am really looking forward to playing live at the White Horse Inn.
“It has a great family-friendly vibe and looks like the perfect venue to play in.
“I hope to see lots of new and familiar faces there.”
The White Horse Inn, located in Regent Street, has a spacious restaurant and serves traditional, homemade food.
There is also a beer garden for people to relax in during the warmer months, a function room, and skittle alley.
Landlady Heather Duddridge said: “We’re thrilled to be welcoming local musician Andy back to perform us and our customers.
“We’ve heard great things about Andy and his mix of classic and modern cover songs, and we can’t wait to hear him play.
“We hope lots of people come along for a great afternoon of live music.”
