A FARM with more than 36 acres and several large barns at West Coker is going under the auctioneer’s gavel.
Wooden Top Farm has a freehold guide price of £400,000-plus in the fourth auction of 2022 by the regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson.
Located on West Coker Hill, the former rare breeds farm includes pastureland and farmyards over 36.65 acres (14.83 hectares).
Senior auction appraiser Audrey Smith said: “This is a well located former rare breeds farm close to the town of Yeovil in South Somerset.
“It is likely to appeal to those seeking pastureland, a smallholding, storage or some form of conversion project, subject to the necessary consents.”
Receivers have instructed the sale of the farm, which is going to auction on Thursday, June 16.
