WATCHET celebrated the Queen's Platinum Jubilee with a range of activities including crown and flag making, a disco, and a wheelbarrow race.
The celebrations of Her Majesty's historic 70-year reign took place at various locations in the town.
The Visitor Centre and Boat Museum hosted a ‘Union Flag fortune tellers’ activity, a painted pebble hunt, a rope-making workshop, and a ‘Corgi Trail’.
Crowds gathered on the Esplanade for the Watchet Wheelbarrow Race, while a painting workshop was held at East Quay.
Highlights for young people and children included an afternoon disco at West Somerset Hotel, storytelling of popular children's books at the library, and a range of Jubilee-themed activities at the Royal British Legion clubhouse.
There was also a People's Picnic which was moved inside to protect celebrations from a spell of wet weather.
Events were advertised on the Love Watchet website and were sponsored by Watchet Town Council and the Royal British Legion.
Some of the activities throughout the weekend were free and some required a small donation.
County Gazette photographer Steve Richardson attended the celebrations on Thursday, June 2.
