A FLYPAST from the Red Arrows was far from the only entertainment on offer for the people of Minehead during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
The RAF's aerobic team appeared in the skies over Minehead at 2:37pm on Saturday, June 4, while there was also live music and other activities on offer that day.
On Sunday, Blenheim Gardens hosted plenty of stalls, musicians, children's craft activities, and more to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Queen's accession to the throne.
The event in the gardens was organised by Minehead Town Council with Gateway Events and was free for the public to attend.
Ahead of the celebrations, a Visit Minehead spokesperson said: “We are ready for the Jubilee celebrations here in Minehead.
“Well done to are little army of volunteers for putting up our fabulous bunting, funded by Minehead Bid.
“They have also kindly funded our entertainment. Thanks also to Minehead Town Council for funding the entertainment in Blenheim Gardens, too!”
County Gazette photographer Steve Richardson attended the celebrations in the gardens on Sunday.
