Pupils from Queen's College dressed to the nines at their prom this week.
The young men and woman donned their finest dresses and most dapper suits to celebrate the occasion.
There were some typically Westcountry arrivals, with some of the pupils turning up in tractors and farm vehicles, while others turned on the style by pulling up in sports cars.
Even the slightly wet weather did not dampen the smiles of the attendees as they exuded plenty of glitz and glamour walking down the red carpet - with some even managing to make an umbrella look stylish.
All-around good guy, Digby Saunders even made sure his friend Andreas Chico's shoes stayed nice and dry by carrying him into the venue (picture 10).
Everyone had a great time at the event and we wish them the best going forward on to the next stage of their lives.
These and other photos from proms across our area will be printed in the Somerset County Gazette in a special supplement in early August.
