You would have been forgiven for thinking that Oake Manor Golf Club was hosting a film premiere this week as the red carpet was rolled out for a host of VIPs.

Pupils from Castle School descended on the venue clad in their debonair suits and amazing dresses.

The youngsters made a wide array of stylish entrances; some turned up in sports cars and other classic vehicles, while others went the traditional Westcountry route of arriving in tractors and even an articulated lorry.

Everyone had a great time at the event and we wish them the best going forward on to the next stage of their lives.
