THE Taunton office of a national law firm has appointed a new partner.

Experienced property litigation lawyer Naomi Cunningham has joined Clarke Willmott LLP as a partner in its offices at Blackbrook Gate, Blackbrook Park Avenue, just off Junction 25 of the M5.

Ms Cunningham's career to date includes experience in a broad range of property disputes and advisory work, both within the private and public sectors.

She has advised government departments, housing developers, retailers, PLCs and private individuals on issues ranging from high value and complex litigation to more routine estate management.

She has a particular expertise in advisory support and development across a range of contentious issues including options, development and promotion agreements and land acquisition and clearance.

Prior to joining Clarke Willmott, Ms Cunningham was a managing associate at transatlantic law firm Womble Bond Dickinson, with UK headquarters in Greater London, and a senior associate at Michelmores, of Exeter.
