A footballer has been sent off for urinating in a hedge in an FA Cup First Round Qualifying match featuring Shepton Mallet FC.
The Somerset side were away against Blackfield & Langley FC in the FA Cup match and it was a player from the home side who was shown the unusual red card.
The match ended 0-0 however there was plenty of action despite the lack of goals.
The red card in question was shown in the 76th minute and it awarded to the goal keeper for Blackfield & Langley.
Without much context, it appears the referee caught him urinating in the hedge behind the goal and showed him a direct red card.

There was more card drama later in the match as a disagreement on the touchline saw a coach on the Blackfield bench shown a red card and one from Shepton Mallet shown a yellow.
Both sides created chances in the match however it would remain nil nil as both sets of defence were strong.
As it was a draw, the replay of the fixture will take place at Shepton Mallet's home ground on Tuesday, September 6.
