The new executive chef, Anil Panchal, has travelled the world working at many top hotels, he now starts a new adventure in the heart of Somerset.
Chef Panchal has many years of experience in the culinary arts of Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine, and his knowledge and skills ensure every dish is created to perfection.
The manager of Somerset Masala, Kazi Hoque says that Anil has created a modern yet authentic menu for Somerset Masala.
"We hope to welcome everyone to experience Anil’s exquisite creations in the warm surroundings of the restaurant."
The Somerset Masala menu is varied and vibrant, filled with classic Indian cuisine like Chicken Tikka Masala, Beef Kala Bhuna, Tandoori King Prawn and a wide selection on Biryani specials.
They also have a selection of childrens food, such as chicken nuggets and fish fingers, as well as an offer for children under 7 to eat for free on 'Sunday Family Day.'
Somerset Masala are predicting their best selling dish to be their butter chicken, chargrilled boneless chicken tikka in a creamy tomato gravy with ginger, garlic, garam masala and drizzled with a touch of cream.
Somerset Masala is sure to offer you a fantastic and unique dining experience, with all the trimmings.
During grand opening week between the 30th September and 7th October there will be an introductory 25% off all food orders in the restaurant and in addition on Friday 30th September and Saturday 1st October there will be live music.
