AT the weekend, runners from across Somerset took on the Quantock Hills Trail Run in both the 10km and half marathon events.
Fromm all reports it was a challenging yet rewarding run that resulted in many happy faces at the finish line.
Organisers for the event, Proper Events said afterwards: "The Quantock hills certainly didn’t disappoint today! We had the weather on our side, lots of happy smiley faces & I’ve heard maybe a hill or two.
"Thanks for many fist pumps as you crossed the finish line - your all awesome and thanks for all of your support.
"A huge thanks to our event crew - You bring our events to life and can’t thank you all enough for your efforts and flying the Prosper flag!"
