"WHEN did Bircham Road, Minehead become part of Formula 1 race track?
Over some months I have witnessed vans and cars speeding between the hours of 6am - 7am down Bircham Road.
Just this morning I saw a van speeding probably doing 70mph, at this time a runner was crossing the road.
Fortunately for him he had the speed of an Olympic athlete or there would have been a fatality.
I advocate to our local police, please do something fast aboutthese outrageous speeders before someone is killed on Bircham Road."
