EXMOOR National Park is the third most family-friendly national park hiking spot in the UK, according to research by Millets.
It even came ahead of the Lake District and Snowdonia in the survey.
The findings showed Exmoor features 61 per cent of hikes below 10km, with 16 per cent of its walk 'kid-friendly'.
There are 40 family-friendly campsites and 78 per cent of restaurants are child-friendly
Overall, Exmoor received a family-friendly score of 6.71 out of 10.
Top of the list was the New Forest with an overall rating of 8.51, followed in second place by Pembrokeshire Coast with 7.3.
The Lake District mustered an overall score of 6.05 to be placed fourth, with Snowdonia receiving a score of 5.93 in fifth.
The research analysed numerous factors, including Trip Advisor reviews, the average length of the walks in the area, nearest beaches, facilities, child-friendly restaurants, average temperatures and number of visitors, to reveal the hiking spots fit for all the family.
