A TEA room is all set to be opened in Exmoor National Park.
Jessica and Antony Chipperfield are the owners of the new Rambler's Rest Tea Room and said: "In two week's time my husband Antony Chipperfield and I will be opening the door to our new business, a tea room on Exmoor National Park.
"We have obtained the lease of the building from the National Trust. The building 'County Gate' is a pretty grade 2 listed building, an old toll cottage which sits directly on the border of Somerset and Devon and directly above the famous Malmsmead, Oare and Doone valley. An extremely popular beauty spot."
The tea room, called The Rambler's Rest Tea Room, the highest coastal road tea room in Britain, will be also be traditional tea room with a yesteryear ambience.
She added: "Our simplistic menu will feature home made cakes, freshly made sandwiches, local ice creams and much more."
There will also be a small quality gift shop selling souvenirs, local produce and local artisans wares.
Discussing the availability they said: "We will be open year round and there will be occasional events."
The longest coast path in the world, the South West Coast Path runs past the tea room amongst many other walking routes.
The Adventure By Bus 'Exmoor Coaster' open top tour bus runs hourly between Porlock and Lynmouth and will stop at the tea room.
Jessica said: "We will offer all passengers a 10% discount on all teas and coffees. We believe that the Rambler's Rest will become an iconic destination in time."
The tea room will be open on Good Friday April 7th from 9am to 5pm, seven days per week.
