A VACANT shop in Wellington could be converted into a home.
A planning application for the premises at 25 South Street has won prior approval from the former Somerset West and Taunton Council, which was disbanded at the end of March.
It is among the last planning decisions made by the council before the county's four district and one county council were abandoned and replaced by a unitary authority from Saturday (April 1).
