A POPULAR coffee shop in Taunton town centre is temporarily closed due to refurbishment works, but will reopen later this week.
The Costa Coffee store on East Street will re-open on Thursday, April 27.
Works started last week and the store closed on Thursday, April 20.
A spokesperson said: “The Costa Coffee store on 56 East Street, Taunton, is closed between Thursday, April 20 to Thursday, April 27 for a refurbishment.
“We apologise for any inconvenience the temporary store closure will cause and would advise customers to visit our Costa Coffee store on 25 Fore Street, Taunton, while the store is closed.
“We look forward to welcoming both existing and new customers through the doors once the store reopens to pick up their favourite crafted Costa coffee.”
The store on East Street is one of three branches run by the company in Taunton.
The other two are based on Fore Street, and on Hankridge Way, at the Riverside Retail Park.
