TAUNTON athlete and Paralympic bronze medallist Hannah Taunton has been selected to represent her country at another Para World Championships.
It was announced last week that Hannah will compete in the T20 1500metres, representing Great Britain and Northen Ireland in the championships.
A spokesperson from Taunton Athletics Club said: "Many congratulations to Hannah Taunton, who has been selected to represent Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the Para World Championships to be held in Paris next month.
"She'll be competing in the T20 1500m on Friday, July 14."
Her call up to the team comes on the back of an incredible bronze medal in the Tokyo Paralympics in 2021, and a series of excellent performances so far this season.
Which includes a massive four-second 800m PB ten days ago in Exeter.
The spokesperson added: "Fingers crossed for Hannah for another barnstorming run in Paris.
"We'll all be watching and cheering Hannah on!"
