STRODE College has again celebrated outstanding results across the board, which includes A Level, Professional and Technical, and T Level qualifications.

Overall, for the top A* grade (8%), the A Level students achieved 1% higher compared to the sixth form national average.

Students A*-B (53%) also achieved 1% above the National Average; A*-C grades (79%) were 3% above the National Average and 4.6% above the sixth form National Average.

The overall pass rate for A Levels was 1% above the national average.

Students achieved 100% pass rate in offers the Extended Project Qualification, 94% earning A*-B grades.

The career-focused Professional and Technical Diplomas saw a 100%.

T Levels results remained strong, with Education and Childcare and Science achieving a 100% pass rate.

Jamie Robert Chinnock said: "Studying at the college made a big difference to my education; I was able to get onto the right path and follow my ambitions. The teachers provided some of the best teaching I could have received.”

Iona Darneley said: “I really couldn't be more proud of myself. I worked so hard to get here and I couldn’t have done it without all of you rooting for me and pushing for my needs to be met. To have such a good support system in education can be a rare thing for people with ME. From kindness and understanding regarding my illness, to EHCP applications and form filling, to giving me the opportunity to finish my A Levels one at a time, to getting me my AV1 robot, I appreciate it more than words can say."

Principal and chief executive Dr John Revill said: “It has been a privilege to lead Strode College on its journey post-Covid.

"Our staff and students deserve all the credit having worked tirelessly over the academic year to achieve these exceptional results.
