HOMEOWNERS and potential buyers can get a glimpse of what could be their "dream home" this Saturday September 16.
Visitors will be welcomed into the new Oak Park housing development in Cheddar, constructed by Taylor Wimpey.
The new development is described as by the company as: "a collection of thoughtfully designed 3 and 4 bedroom homes, which has an array of amenities on the doorstep, including Mendip Hills and Cheddar Gorge."
As well as recieving a free ice cream upon arrival, attendants will be able to speak with representatives from Taylor Wimpey and learn more about the part exchange scheme offered to buyers.
The scheme allows homeowners to sell their property with ease, cutting out estate agents and chains altogether, with qualifying properties purchased by Taylor Wimpey instead of being put on the market.
Rob Curry, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey Bristol said: “We understand that selling your home and finding your dream home can be an overwhelming experience which is why we wanted to invite customers to our Part Exchange event taking place this Saturday.
“The event will be the ideal opportunity for visitors to find out more about our Part Exchange scheme and how we can help make your move as easy as possible. We are looking forward to welcoming visitors to Oak Park on Saturday 16 September.”
