IF you live in Taunton - brace yourself for a possible thunder and lightning storm later on this afternoon (Thursday, October 26).
The Met Office is forecasting a 50 per cent chance of the heavens opening and some flashes and bangs in the county town at around 3pm.
Maybe get the cat in and make sure it can get under the sofa around that time - just in case the worst materialises.
But don't worry too much as the Met Office predicts we're in for a largely sunny day with occasional cloud cover and little chance of rain at any other time.
Temperatures are likely to peak at around 16 degs C into the afternoon.
Perhaps you could head on over to Wellington after lunch as there is no indication from the Met Office of thunder and lightning over the town today.
