Peter Andre has heaped the praise on his Taunton wife Emily MacDonagh as the family prepare to celebrate son Theo's birthday.
In his OK! column, the Mysterious Girl hitmaker wrote candidly about his enjoyable "dad duty" week and expressed excitement for the upcoming celebration.
Mr Andre said: "I can’t believe he’s turning seven!
"I think this is the cutest age and he’s becoming such a character."
He shared some of the regular fatherly commitments he enjoys, from errands to cooking.
The former I'm A Celeb star also confessed his admiration for Emily's parental skills.
Andre said: "Emily, as always, is being Wonder Mum when it comes to organising stuff.
"I feel I’m a good dad but when I look at her, I could really up my game."
He also confirmed that the Andre household are already covered in Christmas spirit ahead of the holidays.
Andre noted: "Millie is already playing themed songs!
"As soon as the clocks go back and the nights get darker, we’re all just automatically ready for Christmas.
"I also love when festive adverts pop up on TV – especially the John Lewis one.
"Although I’m loving the Asda one with Michael Bublé. He really is the modern prince of Christmas!"
In October, the couple announced on Instagram that they were expecting a new addition to their family next year. The announcement was accompanied by a selfie of MacDonagh holding photos from a scan.
Peter Andre has also opened up about the difficulty of choosing a baby's name.
Some of the singer's name suggestions, such as Oscar and Arthur, were not to Emily's liking, expressing that they had not yet settled on a suitable name.
The baby will make Peter Andre a father of five and his third child with Emily.
They already share Amelia and Theo, while Andre had two children; Princess and Junior, with former glamour model Katie Price.
