MORE than half the properties on a 96-home development have been sold.
Taylor Wimpey Bristol has seen plenty of interest in its Oak Park development in Cheddar since the first resident moved in last year.
The scheme features three and four bedroom homes, with plenty of room for home offices or studies.
Oak Park offers plenty of public open space, including a community garden and orchard, as well as the scenic Mendip Hills on the doorstep.
Rob Curry, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Bristol, said: “We are thrilled with the response our Oak Park development has received so far.
“The development’s fantastic location coupled with our range of offers to help buyers find their dream home are proving very popular with customers.
"I would advise anyone interested in our homes at Oak Park to get in touch with our sales team to find out more about the homes available as soon as possible.”
