A STUNNING Somerset inn complete with its own beer garden and seating for over 200 people has gone up for sale.
The Rodney Stoke Inn, found between Cheddar and Wells, has been shut since mid 2023.
The village pub has 308 five-star reviews on Tripadvisor, and is now on the market with a price tag of £400,000.
As well as a public bar for up to 30 people, the pub features a restaurant and lounge/bar which seats 80, in addition to a self contained function room with private bar which seats a further 80 people.
If that's not enough, the Rodney Stoke Inn has a beer garden complete with a play area and room for up to 100 people, not to mention stunning views of the Mendip Hills.
Its car park has room for up to 70 vehicles.
A spokesperson for Sprosen Ltd Weston-Super-Mare, the estate agents selling the property, said: "The surrounding area has a high demographic of local people who use the business all through the year and, of course, there is a strong tourist trade to this area.
"We are sure that new owners with a little investment, will restore this excellent business to its former glory."
The pub also features private living space for the prospective owners, with five bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, and private owners' lounge and balcony.
