NatWest offices in North Street set to become homes

Somerset Council has granted conditional planning permission for a change of use on the first floor of 48 North Street into two homes.

The project is among the latest decisions made by council planners.

BATHEALTON.

Application for Prior Approval for proposed change of use from agricultural building to 1 No. dwelling house (Class C3) and associated building operations at Blackberry Barn, Bathealton. Decision of Prior Approval Approved (Conditional) was made on 26/01/2024.

COMBE FLOREY.
