A BMW driver has been handed seven points on his license and fined £1,079 for tailgating and undertaking a car on the M5 near Bridgwater.
The driver was caught after the victim shared dashcam footage to Avon and Somerset Police's Operation Snap, a county-wide initiative to catch bad driving in Avon and Somerset.

The video was shared onto the force's social media pages, the video shows a BMW tailgating and then undertaking a car, the footage was shared and the driver received seven points and a £1,079 fine for tailgating and undertaking on the M5 near Bridgwater.
