A number of special Easter events at the Fleet Air Arm Museum are sure to keep visitors entertained this spring.
From March 30th to April 14th, the Egg-cellent Easter Egg Hunt will have spectators aid Ellie Copter in finding hidden eggs to save Easter and earn a prize.
This event will run during regular museum hours and is included with a valid museum ticket.
On March 28, from 10.30am to 12pm, the museum’s Active Aviators event is tailored for under-fives and their caregivers.
The event will consist of morning activities including crafts and games.
Admission is £3 per adult with three accompanying under-5s or free with a valid museum ticket.
Additionally, visitors will be witness to a conservation undertaking as part of Barracuda Live: The Big Rebuild.
The museum is currently working on rebuilding the non-existent Fairey Barracuda, sourcing original parts from wreck sites across the British Isles.
This project can be viewed from the Arthur Kimberley Viewing Gallery.
Admission to the event is free with a valid ticket to the museum.
A single ticket to the Fleet Air Arm Museum offers a year-long access, allowing visitors to return for favourite exhibits or ongoing events.
