THE Remi Harris Hot Club Trio will be performing in Taunton on April 26.
The trio consists of guitarist Remi Harris, double bassist Tom Moore and rhythm guitarist Chris Nesbitt, who will be performing Gypsy Jazz and Blues across the UK.
Self-taught since the age of seven, Remi has dedicated himself to a life of playing the guitar, which has seen him busking in his local towns, to performing at prestigious events and venues, including Buckingham Palace.
Remi and Tom Moore have been performing together for over a decade and have built a remarkable musical affinity.
Starting from a young age, Tom learned guitar and moved onto the electric bass, he has appeared at The North Sea Jazz Festival and Royal Albert Hall, among more.
Chris Nesbitt is a Jazz and Blues teacher and guitarist from Northern Ireland, since graduating Bath Spa University, Chris now has performed with various groups across the UK.
The Remi Harris Hot Club Trio sees Remi return to touring in the trio format for the first time in six years.
His unique style sees him win fans all over the world, and he has an enthusiastic fan following on social media that continues to grow.
Not only has he been getting plaudits from fans, but also renowned quarters, with Dr Martin Taylor MBE saying: “Remi is a phenomenal player specialising in both gypsy jazz, and blues guitar. He’s a true master of both genres. With a formidable technique and a genuine passion for the guitar, the ease and warmth of Remi’s stage presence, together with his virtuoso talent, will have concert goers captivated.”
The tour will take them to the Creative Innovation Centre on April 26.
