Two Ukrainian refugees hosted a fundraising evening at Dunster's Yarn Market Hotel, raising £120 for the Ukraine appeal.
Having both come over here from Ukraine as refugees early this year with the support of Kate Kennedy, coordinator of Ukrainian Refugee Support, Alex and Sabina cooked and served food from their homeland.
The night also featured Olha Flornykh, a gifted opera singer from Ukraine, who once contemplated joining her country's army.
Persuaded by her family that her voice held more power, Ms Flornykh stunned guests with her performance.
Plans are underway for another Ukrainian-themed evening.
