People turned up in their droves at a club in Watchet for a pub quiz.
The Royal British Legion Club opened its doors to 54 participants forming 14 teams.
They battled their wits in aid of the West Somerset Brass Band's forthcoming trip to St Renan in France.
It raised a total of £236, marking a significant contribution to the band's first international journey since Covid-19.
The Woofers won the competition, while Bad Boys & Girls and No Idea tied for second.
Mick Cleveland was at the helm as quizmaster, focusing on musical-themed trivia.
The band's musical director, Niall Watson said: "The funds raised will help make our trip a reality.
"Thank you to all who came out and supported us and made the evening so much fun."
The band, therefore, is set to represent Watchet in St Renan this August.
The band's next performance is at East Quay Watchet on May 6, 6.30pm, welcoming the St Renan community to another gig scheduled for May 10, 7.30pm at Watchet's Esplanade.
