A VEHICLE and trailer were stolen from outside a property near Bruton and used in another theft.

Police are appealing for the public’s help to find a black Mitsubishi L200 Barbarian that was stolen in South Brewham on Tuesday, May 14.

The force also said the vehicle was then used in another theft.

An Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson said: “We're appealing for the public's help after a vehicle and trailer were stolen in Somerset.

“Sometime between midnight and 5am on Tuesday 14 May, a black Mitsubishi L200 Barbarian was stolen from outside a property in South Brewham, near Bruton.

“The vehicle had a roof tent on top and was seen being driven through Marston Magna.

“There, it was used in another theft, where the offender made off with an Ifor William's cattle trailer.
