A community gathering dedicated to silent meditation and reflection is coming to Glastonbury.

The event, titled MASS, is planned to launch on June 23 at the Assembly Rooms of Glastonbury.

MASS extends an invitation to every individual to immerse themselves into the experience of stillness.

In a world crowded with noise and distractions, the event offers attendees a unique opportunity to discover peace and clarity through shared silence.

This gathering will be held every Sunday following June 23, rendering it a habitual sanctuary for those yearning for tranquillity.

Organisers have asked attendees to check Eventbrite for further details concerning the times of the event.

The admission fee for the event is £4 at the door, and RSVPs are not required.

Participants are granted access to the event space at any point during its operating hours of 11am to 8pm.

While visitors are permitted to enter and exit the area at their convenience, all are requested to be mindful and cordial towards others.

The organisers request that ticket holders do not bring dogs or children under 14 years of age to the venue.

Furthermore, shoes or mobile phones will not be allowed within the event space, and the management has arranged for a cloakroom for the safe storing of these items.

While silence reigns over the main event space, music will be played to ensure an immersive audio-sensory atmosphere.

Refreshments will be available at the adjoining Awen Cafe.

As is indicative of the event's inclusive ethos, discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.

Besides, MASS is strictly a sober event.

The use of alcohol or illicit drugs is not permitted.

Individuals who appear intoxicated will not be granted entry.

As the event space will be low-lit, attendees are cautioned to mind their steps when entering or exiting the space.
