JOE Wicks is returning to Glastonbury Festival later this month.
Last year, Joe (also known as The Body Coach) took to the Gateway stage to guide thousands of people through a 30-minute HIIT workout.
This year, he will be back and doing even more. He will put on a 45-minute workout at the Gateway in the Theatre and Circus Fields on Thursday (June 27) and a 30-minute session at The Park stage on Friday.
I’m absolutely buzzing to share that I’m going to be back at @glastonbury this year and I’ll be hosting TWO workouts 🙌

Joe, 38, posted on X (formerly Twitter): “I’m buzzing to share that I’m going to be back at Glastonbury Festival this year, and I’ll be hosting TWO workouts.
“Last year I held the world’s first HIIT workout at Glasto and over 2,000 people came along. Join me on Thursday at The Gateway (11am) and Friday at The Park Stage (10am).”
Glastonbury Festival is the largest greenfield music and performing arts festival in the world and is said to be “a template for all the festivals that have come after it”.
This year’s Glastonbury will take place between Wednesday, June 26 and Sunday, June 30 at Worthy Farm in Pilton. The Pyramid Stage will be headlined by Dua Lipa on Friday, Coldplay on Saturday, and SZA on Sunday.
For those who haven't got tickets, the BBC is making more than 90 hours of live performances from across the five main stages available to watch on iPlayer.
In a Q&A with Glasto Feed Fest, Joe said he is “so excited to be coming back this year” and explains that he “loves bringing people together through exercise and good music”.
He also reminisced about last year’s experience, saying he was “blown away” by the number of people who came to exercise with him – and said he couldn’t help but laugh when he saw people who had clearly not been home since the night before!
