TAUNTON'S Blue Flames amateur boxing club sent six boxers to compete in Hull Box Cup over three days.
Hull Box Cup, held at the University of Hull's sport centre, took place from Friday, June 28, to Sunday, June 30, with Blue Flames ABC taking home gold and three silver medals.
Taylor Williams won the Hull Box Cup for the club for the second year.
Simon Heyburn, coach at Blue Flames ABC, said: "This weekend we travelled to Hull Box Cup with six of our boxers.
"Hull box cup is a three-day Olympic-style event where our boxers challenge opponents from all around the country.
"After the three days Charlie Miller, Anya Wilson & Mya Pollard came out with silver medals. Taylor Williams came out with gold, winning the Hull Box Cup for the second year.
"Well done to McKenzie Elford & Evan Burns for boxing at a high level and only just missing out with points decisions."
