Taunton and Cheddar soft plays win Tripadvisor’s award

Both Space Adventurers in Taunton and Ocean Adventurers in Cheddar are among the top-rated visitor experiences in the world alongside global attractions including Disneyland, the Eiffel Tower and the Empire State Building.

The awards honour businesses that consistently earn great reviews, placing them in the top 10% of listings around the world on Tripadvisor.

The indoor play centres are among the only ones in the UK to have won recognition in the annual awards.

Both the centres are part of the Somerset-based Family Attractions Group, which also owns and operates the new Little Town Adventures attraction in Weston-super-Mare alongside seven Little Adventures Nurseries & Pre-School Groups.

The ratings are based on genuine feedback from anyone in the community who has visited and left an authentic, first-hand review on Tripadvisor over a 12-month period, making it a valuable and trustworthy designation of great places to visit.

“This means they have made such a memorable impact on their visitors that many of them took the time to go online and leave a great review about their experience.

“People use the Tripadvisor’s Travellers’ Choice seal to help them navigate the myriad of things to see, eat and do across the globe,” he added.

The award-winning Family Adventures Group was founded in 2019 by Laura and Tom after their own, often negative, experiences of visiting soft play centres with their young family.

The couple realised there was a significant gap in the market for high quality, fun, educational, clean indoor play venues which could be enjoyed by both children and adults.
