NOTHING could rain on the parade of these Pyrland School students, who enjoyed their prom in glamorous style last week.
The Year 11 students dressed up for prom at Taunton School on Friday, July 5.
Head Teacher Lisa Webber said: “It was sad to say goodbye to our wonderful Year 11 cohort.
"We also celebrated with an assembly, handing out awards and a fun day with games, prizes and ice cream.
"We will miss them all and wish them all the best as they embark on their next venture.”
Students arrived in an interesting convoy of vehicles, including a truck resembling Mater from the movie Cars, motorised scooters, a Bentley, and other luxury and vintage cars.
Families congregated on the grassy area opposite the entrance to Taunton School's building under a sea of umbrellas.
A Facebook post from the school added: "And after the prom arrivals it was time to get down to the partying!"
