A site manager at Oak Park in Cheddar is one of three at Taylor Wimpey to receive a Pride in the Job 2024 Quality Award from the National House-Building Council (NHBC).
James Logan, from the Somerset site, as well as Dan Budd from Lyde Green, and Tom Hillman from Berwick Green, were named among the top five per cent of site managers across the UK.
Accepting the award, Mr Logan said: "This award is testament to our hard work both at Oak Park and across the region.
"I’m thrilled our commitment has been recognised.”
The NHBC award, now in its 44th year, is a standard for exceptional site managers, awarded following inspections and judging processes.
Francois Lodder, production director at Taylor Wimpey Bristol, added: “We have always been committed to maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer service and we continue to be an NHBC award-winning homebuilder year after year.
"This award is thoroughly deserved and we’re incredibly proud of Dan, James and Tom and the teams at our Lyde Green, Oak Park and Berwick Green developments.”
The Quality Award winners now vie for Seal of Excellence and Regional Awards in autumn, and the national Supreme Award in January.
