Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance's Race from the Base cycle challenge will return on September 7.
For the second year running, the event will be held at Henstridge Airfield.
It features three cycling challenges of 30km, 60km and 100km.
Starting from the home of the Air Ambulance team, each route provides a unique challenge catered to cyclists of all abilities.
A total of 500 spaces are available for individuals, groups or businesses looking to participate.
The event kicks off at 9.30am for the 100km race, 10.30am for the 60km and 11.30am for the 30km.
Alana Hardy, events officer at Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance said: "We are thrilled to be holding Race from the Base again this year and excited to build on its previous success.
"Hosting a challenge event that starts and finishes at the airbase is really special, as it enables our supporters to meet some of the team and see where our life-saving crew and helicopter ‘Peggy’ are based."
She also revealed plans for a Basecamp Village with stalls, activities, music, and a barbeque.
Free entrance for supporters, with food and drinks available from the onsite cafe.

All registration fees go towards the charity.
