TAUNTON Flower Show isn’t just about horticultural displays, garden designs and plant exhibitions.
Thrilling bike stunts, sheepdog demonstrations, falconry and a wide range of music are among the entertainment on offer.
There’s a packed programme of acts in the main arena, along with a series of musical performers on the Fountain Stage and Wilton Stage.
In Extreme Bike Battle, the riders perform fast, high-flying stunts on two wheels, soaring and somersaulting through the air.
Farmer David Seamark shows off the skills of his working sheepdogs, and K & H Falconry bring their trained owls and falcons to the arena.
Musical performers include the Liberty Sisters with their vintage jazz and swing classics, the Piano Bike Girl, the Skintight Samba drummers, Glastonbury Brass and The Rock Choir.
For shoppers, the Artisan Village hosts a huge range of local food and drink producers, along with rural craftspeople.
Children have a wide choice of activities and entertainment, with Magic Alex’s close-up miniature theatre, parachute games, face painting and a mini ‘Ready, Steady, Garden’ challenge.
