THE Winchester Arms is featuring a host of musical talent as part of their free Beer, Cider & Music Festival. The festival will last three days - starting on July 26.
The event will be opened by local group ‘Blackdown Hillbillies’, who boast a large repertoire of songs from different genres such as folk, traditional, country, 60s/70s pop and more.
As part of the festival, the pub plans to have a total of 21 beers on tap to choose from.
The main act most people will be looking forward to is Barry Paull – who is an Elvis tribute act. Barry performs all over the country as the king of Rock and Roll and is in ‘constant demand’ both in the UK and abroad.
Born in Ilminster, Barry has built up a reputation for his act and has even performed with a Dolly Parton tribute in the past.
Barry will be performing on the first night of the event, with gates opening at 5.30pm.
If you’re interested in this event, the Winchester Arms is just 1.5 miles from the centre of Taunton – Church Road, Trull, Taunton, TA3 7LG.
