INTERNATIONALLY celebrated chef Chanaka Fernando has launched a new menu at The Rock Inn in Waterrow, marking a milestone for his popular culinary brand 3 Flavours Kitchen.
This marks the brand's first venture in the south west following the success of two outlets in Barnet and Banbury, with exciting plans for further expansion.
Fernando said: "We are thrilled to bring our new menu to The Rock Inn.
"Our focus is on delivering high-quality, flavourful dishes that celebrate local produce and innovative cooking techniques."
During the launch event on July 18, guests were able to explore the new menu, amid a special Puja ceremony for blessings to the establishment.
Signature dishes include the rib-eye steak and the 3 Flavours signature beef burger.
There are also ample vegetarian offerings such as the grilled cauliflower steak and an array of aromatic curries.
Dessert lovers can indulge in strawberry and prosecco cheesecake, mango & passion fruit mousse, among others.
The 3 Flavours at The Rock Inn is now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
